Hi, my name is Robert Portillo and I started PC Fixer out of my garage in 2001. I grew my business by providing excellent computer service for my clients. Moreover, as a dyed-in-the-wool techie, having written a non-fiction book on electronics for a 7^th grade book project and spending years as an electronic technician, I have insight into the nature of computer tech that few IT professionals can claim. Within a few years after starting PC Fixer, I was very busy and had to hire my first technician, Jacky Choi. I am very proud to say that nearly a decade later, Jacky, a UCLA graduate, still works for us full time providing our customers with outstanding service and intelligent approaches to problem solving.
